Mike Baron is the founder and Chief Storyteller of ProjectStory, Inc., a Chicago-based company dedicated to helping organizations of all sizes define and document their operations, and test and certify their employees.
ProjectStory has implemented BankNotes™, a web-based tool and methodology for documenting operational workflows and procedures for some of the largest banks in the world. Domains covered include Operations Offshoring, Sales Training, Compliance, Call Center, Broker Dealer Operations, Commercial Loans, Wire Operations, and Mortgage
Additional productivity, training, and documentation tools developed and implemented by ProjectStory include PSCertify®, WebFiles™, and OpsNotes™.
Before that Mike worked for mpct solutions, an industry leading back office wholesale banking software provider, where he managed international customer support for mission critical banking application used by twenty of the largest banks in the world at over 120 sites, and designed user interfaces and created technical and user documentation for wholesale international banking system software.
Prior to that Mike was an independent consultant specializing in corporate communications, video scriptwriting, and software documentation. He also spent time early in his professional career working for the National Association of Realtors, where he managed the development and administration of a national award winning Series 22 NASD registered representatives training course.

Mike founded Catalyst Management in 2008 after 20+ year career in the legal services/technology industry. Catalyst works with CEOs, boards, and private equity funds on strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and profitable growth.
Prior to founding Catalyst, Mike was the President of Legal Services at Integreon, a global leader in knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) serving the legal, financial services and corporate marketplace.
Mike joined Integreon through CBF Group, where he was CEO and sold the company to Integreon in February 2007. Over an eighteen month process CBF doubled the size of its business, improved profitability and mitigated a revenue concentration issue that resulted in the industry's top valuation at the time of sale.
While at Integreon, Mike led the integration of the US business into the existing global operating environment and had global responsibility for sales and delivery for the legal market, the largest industry vertical at Integreon.
Prior to CBF Group and Integreon, Mike was SVP, Strategy & Business Development for Bowne Business Solutions (BBS), a $300M BPO and litigation support services company.
Mike began his career with Eastman Kodak Company, where over an 11 year period, held various sales and management roles in Kodak's $1B B2B systems division, culminating in an early-stage role of Kodak's entry into the BPO space through the establishment of Kodak Imaging Services, a subsidiary which grew to $350m over a three year period.
Mike completed an Executive M.B.A. program in Product Development from MIT's Sloan School of Business.

John M. Vande Moore has over 20 years of professional experience. He is currently CFO at The Funding Stop LLC where he is responsible for raising capital; as well as credit, treasury, accounting, strategic planning & administrative functions. He was co-founder and CFO of Velocity Financial Group, a specialized financial services firm. Prior to Velocity, he served as the Vice President of Finance for Cedar Boulevard Capital, a specialized institutional-backed investment fund.
Before joining Cedar, he served as Vice President
of Finance for Comdisco's North American IT leasing division, the company's largest division with over $5 billion in assets and $1 billion in revenue.
Prior to Comdisco, he held a variety of corporate finannce positions at Life Fitness, a division of Brunswick Corporation. Mr. Vande Moore started his career in GE Capital's M&A financing division. Mr. Vande Moore received his Master of Science degree in Accountancy from DePaul University, and his Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in Illinois.
David L. Wray is the president of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA), a national, non-profit association of companies that sponsor profit sharing and 401(k) plans for over 6 million employees. He is a nationally recognized authority on 401(k) and other defined-contribution plan issues and he has testified before congressional committees and at Labor Department, Treasury Department, and Internal Revenue Service hearings.
He was the 2004 chair of the Department of Labor's
ERISA Advisory Council, which advises the Secretary of Labor on benefits issues, and was a member of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Advisory Board.
He frequently speaks before trade groups, contributes to benefits publications and is quoted frequently in the media. He has written "Take Control With Your 401(k)" which was published by Dearborn Trade in June 2002.
He served as president from 1993 to 1996 of the International Association for Financial Participation (IAFP), a Paris based alliance of national organizations that promote the use of employee financial participation.
